MDA - Machine Data Acquisition

GNT.NET MDA a software package is for the collection and evaluation of machine data, for example Production, stop, disturbance, number of items etc. Function mode: 1. Of the MDA modules at the machine seized data are passed on and stored central on over a PC network. 2. The stored data are converted by the MDA Servers into evaluable information and stored in a data base. The evaluation takes over the MDA Client. 3. The MDA Server runs only once in the overall system and collects cyclically the accumulating messages. 4. The MDA Client is an interactive program, over which the seized machine data is evaluated and visualized by means of diagrams and tables. 5. Over the MDA Client definitions like for example the definition by layers and layer models and the assignment of goal plan hours and calendar functions are determined. 6. Alternatively to the storage of the data in a data base, these can be converted also into other data formats (for example XML) or be processed directly over EXCEL or comparable programs. 7. All evaluations are produced over a report generator, which on the prepared and in the data base stored MDE results accesses. Each evaluation can be printed directly or spent as document and processed further. Adjustments and special evaluations are provided after exact default (product requirement specifications) by our software developers. |
